I never leave reviews but feel compelled too for these guys - a pretty small(ish) business here in the UK but my GO TO for wedding guest dresses, holiday dresses or just 'going out' tops. The quality is always SO good! I would say possibly size down as I find they're quite generous, which is SO refreshing.

I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. I ordered a few items thinkin it'd be worthtesting out this brand. Boy was I wrong. Ordering more meant returning would be costly, as I am from the US. It costs nearly as much to return the items (over $100) as they cost originally. Furthermore, the return address they list online is different from the return address provided in the packaging slip. For those of you with 'lost' packages...wondering if that is why.

Online, they reference their partnership with ASOS and other stockists for international returns, but it is very elusive and I can't get in touch with anyone to learn more. Clearly it's just to apease folks and lure them into ordering, without anything truly actionable! Online they say this: For US customers please note that we have a small collection stocked on the US ASOS site and are working on partnering with more US stockists so that you can shop more local and will not incur the higher return fees.

So now I'm in a pickle. I'm not able to return in a way that is cost effective. I'm not able to send the returns back, because I don't know which return address is correct. And I'm anxious about even paying $100+ to send them back, hearing that they often lose packages and claim ZERO responsibility.

What a mistake. I got swindled.

Pretty Lavish return policy information for outside UK is really unclear and Customer support is just awful. i should of read the reviews on Trustpilot before ordering it. I wouldn't recommend or order again.

The quality and fit is fantastic and their customer service is next to none! Also, EVERY SINGLE TIME I have worn a Pretty Lavish outfit people have actually stopped me to ask where I bought it!
Just recently I was wearing one of their dresses and coats in Westfield shopping centre and several women stopped to ask where I bought it. I' a big fan!!!

Their clothes are super cute I’m not gonna lie, but you have to be extremely careful to order the right size. Their return policy is horrible, if you live in the US you have to pay for shipping to return something. Shipping is super expensive so you end up losing so much money. I bought a blazer from them which was around 80 dollars, it was a bit too small so I bought a bigger size but when I went to return the smaller size, the return label was 49 dollars.. so basically I’m only getting around 30 bucks back for that blazer. Their costumer service is horrible and they won’t help you at all.

The best customer service I’ve ever had with a brand. Responded to my query within 24 hours and we’re so lovely and understanding. Natalie you are my Christmas angel. Thank you!

I have purchased so many clothes from them over the years and EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve had no issues whatsoever! The whole process from browsing their site to the quality of the products is unbelievable. Can not fault them at all even the customer service as well. I am one happy customer and also rely on them for an outstanding outfit

The price of the items were more expensive than other places to shop online but the quality is clearly why. I got two knitted items and a silky top and the fabric is gorgeous! Such good quality, they’ll be in my wardrobe for years.

Consider carefully before you order online - dress was received with strange fitting and also the poor quality short pants (it’s like second hand and even smelly) ;

I complained to the CS but they wouldn’t see from customer perspective (this is how they replied: we are a little confused - the reason for this being so small as its stretchy)

I have several dresses from them but it’s my first time to see such fitting - refund is not fully received even the order is appeared to be faulty! Very disappointed and never gonna buy from them again

I placed an order last Saturday in order to have my dress by tomorrow (so a whole 8 days later), I am used to shopping with online retailers that get your clothes to you at least by 3-5 working days. Pretty Lavish have failed to do that and now I have nothing to wear. I really regret taking a chance on a company I had no experience with:

I would advise avoiding this company, their website said 3-5 working days and the tracking said 48 hours which should be 2-3 days. Black Friday is not an excuse as they knew it was coming, it only means they’ve probably behaved this badly will lots of customers.

I made an order with Pretty Lavish which unfortunately became lost in post.

On notifying the team ( I dealt with Natalie) I received a responce within hours where they ensured me that they would investigate the issue. Within 24hrs of their first responce they confirmed that the item had been lost. Then without question they sent a replacement of the order which arrived at my door within 24hrs.

This is an extremely impressive responce from Pretty Lavishes customer service team. They were friendly, quick to investigate the issue and immediately came to a resolution without complaint. I would highly recommend ordering from their website. It’s a seamless process and they treat their customers exceptionally well.

The items are beautifully packaged and the quality and fit of the clothes is exceptional, as expected.

It’s the first time I’ve ordered from this company. I love the 3 knitted dresses I ordered - originally was going to send 1-2 of them back but ended up keeping all 3!!
They have great customer service too. The day after I bought them, they were reduced in price in the sale - I was pretty miffed about my bad luck, and when I contacted their customer services, they agreed to honour the discounted price for me and refund the difference. I think this is my new favourite company to buy from! L

I absolutely love pretty lavish and at this point half of my wardrobe is from there! I recently bought a jumper and accidentally lost the belt that went round it whilst out and about. Natalie in customer service was so prompt and helpful and has organised to send me a replacement belt right away! Don’t always get this kind of customer service these days! Can’t recommend PL enough, all clothes are of such beautiful quality and they always get a lot of compliments! Keep doing what you are doing ladies! Xx
